CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements while providing actionable insights to clients
• Ensure client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements through collaboration with external experts
• Lead and mentor an accounting team, manage client relationships, and oversee project execution to meet deadlines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with 2+ years in audit work at a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP compliance and financial reporting
