Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate - SEC Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
- Prepare 10-Q, 10-K, and other SEC filings, including financial statements and footnote disclosures
- Handle documentation and testing of internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA completed or in progress
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with SEC reporting experience
- Experience preparing footnote disclosures and accounting memos
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
