CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with GAAP
• Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as necessary
• Lead and mentor accounting teams, ensuring excellent client experiences and successful execution of client engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit work in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment with deep accounting knowledge across multiple industries
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines effectively
