Project Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Client Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise monthly project accounting efforts and lead status meetings with project managers
• Review and reconcile contracts, project tracking, and financial reports for accuracy
• Manage client invoicing, unbilled revenue, and collaborate on annual budget preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• 4+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in month-end close and revenue recognition preferred
• Agency or professional services experience is a plus
