A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage billing processes and support financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide billing support, including invoice preparation and accounts receivable management
- Work with management to review draft invoices and ensure accuracy before processing
- Interact with internal and external partners to resolve billing-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of operational and billing support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with intermediate to advanced skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Prostaff, STAR, or Esker preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to perform reconciliations
