Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Accounting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the complete joint interest billing (JIB) process and related sub-processes
• Prepare and post month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and analytical analyses
• Support special projects related to process improvements, acquisitions, and ERP system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting principles (GAAP)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience working with large data sets and deriving actionable insights
