Job Summary
A company is looking for an M&A Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage profit share and override accruals by analyzing trends and corresponding with internal and external resources
- Assist with budgeting for profit share and overrides and provide summary analysis for the Financial Planning and Analysis team
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for acquired entities and profit share and override balance sheet accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience with progressive responsibility in accounting and integration of mergers and acquisitions
- Intermediate Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
- Mastery of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
