Key Responsibilities
- Process and review semi-monthly payrolls and ensure timely payment of wages
- Maintain compliance with payroll laws and regulations, and generate payroll-related reports
- Respond to employee inquiries and maintain accurate payroll records
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll experience with mixed employee types
- Proficiency with payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., Bamboo, Gusto, ADP)
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and tax compliance
- Ability to handle confidential data
