Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for Caregivers by established deadlines using best practices
- Manage new Caregivers' data, pay rate changes, and payroll inquiries
- Generate payroll reports and assist with billing and special payroll-related projects
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a payroll position
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred
- Strong data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including V-lookups and functions
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
