Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks for and resolve issues with 20+ small business clients monthly
  • Manage time effectively while meeting client service expectations and attending required meetings
  • Track time and bookkeeping progress for each client to ensure timely completion of tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Bookkeeping experience, preferably with multiple clients
  • Authorized to live and work in the United States
  • Understanding of accounting principles and their regulatory implications
  • Proficiency with Quickbooks Online is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field is a plus
