Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping tasks for and resolve issues with 20+ small business clients monthly
- Manage time effectively while meeting client service expectations and attending required meetings
- Track time and bookkeeping progress for each client to ensure timely completion of tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bookkeeping experience, preferably with multiple clients
- Authorized to live and work in the United States
- Understanding of accounting principles and their regulatory implications
- Proficiency with Quickbooks Online is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field is a plus
