Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Cost Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory transactions and lead cycle counts for US produced products
- Oversee full product cost accounting, including cost adjustments and inventory reserve management
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CMA or CPA certification is desired but not required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- Cost accounting experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with US GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, and internal control environments is essential
