Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives, managing performance metrics and staff scheduling
- Train and develop staff, implement action plans for performance deficiencies, and maintain a motivating work environment
- Respond to requests and complete accounts referred to the Supervisory Desk in a timely manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
