Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to join their Collections team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to discuss overdue payments and provide assistance
• Resolve payment discrepancies and address customer inquiries regarding billing
• Document and track customer commitments and generate collections reports

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years' experience in a software Collections Specialist role
• Proficient in using collection software and MS Office applications
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
