Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Associate (Seasonal) to provide customer support and tax preparation services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via video, phone, and chat regarding tax returns
• Create an excellent customer experience by leveraging tax preparation expertise
• Document all customer interactions and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Active PTIN and 2+ years of experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns
• Proficiency in professional tax preparation software and Microsoft 365 applications
• Access to a dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Experience in a professional or retail tax preparation setting
