Auto Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Auto Subrogation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding balances and coordinate the resolution of disputed invoices
• Negotiate claims' resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties
• Prepare investigative correspondence and establish agreements for lien releases and monthly payment contracts

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of 3rd party collections and/or subrogation experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
• Dependable with customer service experience required
• Critical thinker with goal-oriented focus
