California Payroll Service Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Service Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile payroll transactions including final pay, off-cycle checks, and overpayments
• Audit and maintain timekeeping and leave balances via EcoTime
• Perform financial analysis, reporting, and payroll expense corrections

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of experience in payroll, finance, or accounting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
• Experience with PeopleSoft ERP and/or similar platforms
