California Cash Posting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Specialist responsible for processing payments and adjustments on patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post payments into the patient accounting system to update patient account balances
• Reconcile and balance all payment posting, daily cash reconciliation, and end-of-day deposit composition
• Research and post payments and adjustments identified with incorrect account numbers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of accounts receivable cash posting experience
• 1+ years of experience with 10-Key touch
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)
• Must reside in the state of California
