Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Outpatient Billing Team and manage all related business functions, including billing, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Develop and assess revenue metrics to improve performance and ensure timely billing submissions to payers
• Collaborate with various departments to design systems and train staff for effective revenue workflow

Required Qualifications

• At least ten years of revenue cycle experience in a complex healthcare environment
• Five to seven years of management experience, with director level preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field required
• Master's degree in a related field strongly preferred
• Certified Medical Coder or Certified Professional Coder designation strongly preferred
