Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Posting Escalation Specialist responsible for managing escalations and clarifications in payment posting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve escalations from internal team members and client services
- Investigate and resolve issues escalated from clients through Client Success
- Assist with departmental training, audits, and special projects as requested
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of experience posting insurance payments in a health care setting
- At least one (1) year of experience in an escalation/lead role in payment posting, preferred
- At least two (2) years of experience reading insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, preferred
