Loan Workout Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Workout Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and restructure past due loans as necessary
• Conduct collection calls for loans over 30 days past due and analyze problems from borrower conversations
• Negotiate adjusted payment time frames and prepare periodic credit write-ups for management review

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience handling commercial transactions
• Bachelor's Degree with an Accounting background preferred
• Familiarity with Bankruptcy Code Chapters (7, 11, 13) and foreclosures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Experience with PCSF 2000 Loan Manager loan system preferred
