CPA Technical Accounting Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP), Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the global subject matter expert on U.S. GAAP and international accounting standards
• Lead the technical evaluation and documentation of global customer and partner contracts under ASC 606
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess accounting implications of new business models and strategic transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• CPA required
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting
• Proven experience in the health, tech, or health tech sectors
• Deep expertise in ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, and ASC 718
