Cash Posting Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Post payments including cash, checks, and credit cards, both manually and electronically
• Perform account audits and research to clear unapplied and unidentified accounts
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of all billing matters

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, or Medical Insurance Billing/Collections is preferred
• Experience with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is preferred
• Familiarity with insurance terminology is preferred
• Experience in hospital billing is preferred
