Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of accurate financial information, including general ledger account analysis and reconciliations
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation of financial statements and compliance with audit requirements
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices within the accounting function

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of experience in accounting, specifically in healthcare financial operations
• Experience with US GAAP and financial analysis
• CPA and healthcare exposure preferred but not required
• Experience with various accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
