A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Funder.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate Closing Disclosures and prepare closing documents
• Order funds for closing and confirm receipt 24 hours prior to closing
• Enhance relationships with title companies, loan officers, and clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with various loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, DPA's)
• Proficiency with Encompass Loan Origination System
• Strong understanding of TRID regulations and loan documentation
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet strict deadlines
• High levels of integrity and a strong work ethic
