Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
• Experience with financial reporting and technical accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements
