Key Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and implement measurements to maintain staffing and productivity standards within budget
• Prepare and submit departmental reports, and participate in hiring and staff management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of Collection Management experience in Mortgage Banking/Servicing or related financial services
• Working knowledge of mortgage servicing operations and quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance and regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and mortgage servicing platforms
