Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Payroll Specialist to join their HCM Managed Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and audit payroll for clients, including special projects and year-end audits
  • Assist in reconciling payroll inputs and outputs while ensuring compliance with requirements
  • Build and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing areas of dissatisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in automated multi-state payroll processing with knowledge of payroll tax and accounting principles
  • Experience working with UKG
  • Human Resource and Payroll experience with certifications such as FPC, CPP, or SPHR preferred
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
