Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinical departments to review revenue cycle reports and drive performance accountability
• Works with various departments to resolve charge capture-related issues and implement effective solutions
• Monitors charge review workflows and provides ongoing education to staff on charge capture processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of experience with healthcare revenue cycle and reimbursement methodologies
• Familiarity with coding, charge capture, and billing processes
• Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
