Key Responsibilities

• Complete insurance and benefits verification for outpatient therapy services
• Manage referral and authorization requests, ensuring compliance with payor guidelines
• Document communications and processes related to insurance verification and authorization

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in insurance verification/eligibility or related areas
• Experience with electronic health record software
• Vocational/Technical Training or Associates Degree preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation review
• 2 years of experience in insurance/benefit verification in a healthcare organization preferred
