Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Payable Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for payments, receipts, and expenses
• Process online payments and maintain accounts payable documentation
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for balance sheets and sales/expense accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
