CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor accounting teams while overseeing client engagements and enhancing financial processes
• Ensure client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with at least 2 years in audit work at a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and demonstrated ability to manage deadlines
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring accounting professionals
