A company is looking for a Residential Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and posting of resident transactions in accordance with policies
- Monitor resident accounts, perform detailed account research, and generate necessary reports
- Support property management by responding to inquiries and identifying trends for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or coursework preferred
- Four or more years of professional work experience with knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in a Windows environment
- Familiarity with state laws regarding collections from residents
- Experience with property management systems, preferably MRI
