Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lock Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit the pricing system daily to ensure the accuracy of published rates
• Review and verify lock requests and handle lock maintenance requests
• Assist with mandatory trade data preparation and resolve operational issues related to rate lock mismatches

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of mortgage pricing/registration experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must accept coaching and constructive criticism
• Proficient computer skills in applications including Excel, Word, and LOS systems
• Must be located in the EST time zone
