Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead financial operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting and compliance
• Manage month-end and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate financial statements
• Provide financial insights and support leadership in fundraising activities and strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance, with public and private industry experience
• Active CPA certification required
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and strategic financial management
• Experience in accounting for cryptocurrency
• Proficiency in financial tools such as Quickbooks and Koinly is a plus
