Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phone Premium Auditor (Experienced).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for audits by identifying necessary information and records
  • Examine data to determine correct classifications for business activities and prepare complete audit documents
  • Correspond with insured via phone, email, and mail, explaining audit results to insured and communicating findings to review staff
Required Qualifications:
  • Phone audit experience required
  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or commercial insurance
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Visual Audit is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
