Job Summary
A company is looking for a Phone Premium Auditor (Experienced).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for audits by identifying necessary information and records
- Examine data to determine correct classifications for business activities and prepare complete audit documents
- Correspond with insured via phone, email, and mail, explaining audit results to insured and communicating findings to review staff
Required Qualifications:
- Phone audit experience required
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or commercial insurance
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Visual Audit is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
