Accounting Associate IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Accounting Associate IV to manage reconciliation and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile assigned GL accounts and DDAs accurately and timely
• Research and prepare routine accounting reports and resolve complex issues
• Mentor and train less experienced staff while adhering to compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a financial field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Ability to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes
• Experience in problem resolution and process improvement
• Knowledge of compliance and operational risk controls
