California Licensed Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Accounting Manager to join their collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical accounting research for complex transactions and provide clear guidance for execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify accounting impacts and influence deal structures
• Own the evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements and support SOX compliance efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 6 years in public accounting
• CPA required
• Experience in the software and/or SaaS industry preferred
• Proficiency with large ERP systems and Microsoft Office
