Key Responsibilities
- Execute competitive bidding for employee benefits coverage lines
- Prepare financial and contractual analysis presentations and review vendor proposals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience in employee benefits
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, math, economics, or finance preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
- Strong PC skills with the capacity to learn new systems
