Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify trends and prioritize collection strategies
• Track and report payer performance and denial trends to leadership
• Collaborate with various teams to address root causes of delays or denials

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or AR follow-up required
• Expert-level experience in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling)
• Must maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
