Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist, Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate payments and reconcile restaurant activities to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of financial transactions
• Provide weekly reports and summaries of research related to gift card transactions and manage the replacement process
• Coordinate with clients regarding staffing and adhere to service hours and holiday schedules

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma required; college degree and relevant designations preferred
• 2-4 years of accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Inquisitive nature and technology-savvy
• Strong analytical skills and highly organized
