Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of accounts receivable specialists to ensure high performance and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize accounts receivable processes and improve cash flow
• Oversee billing and claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate submission and resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, focusing on accounts receivable
• Certifications such as AAHAM Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS), Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP), or HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) are a plus
• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and regulatory requirements
