Senior Payroll Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Payroll who will manage payroll accounting processes and ensure financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex accounting activities and maintain the integrity of the general ledger
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and perform financial reporting for SEC filings
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and improve accounting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; MBA and CPA preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in non-domestic accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with large ERP software, preferably Oracle
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
