Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Payroll who will manage payroll accounting processes and ensure financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex accounting activities and maintain the integrity of the general ledger
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and perform financial reporting for SEC filings
- Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and improve accounting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; MBA and CPA preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in non-domestic accounting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with large ERP software, preferably Oracle
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
