Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to lead its accounting function and ensure financial readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the accounting function including GL, close, AR/AP, payroll, and reconciliations
• Lead the transition from outsourced to in-house accounting and implement GAAP-compliant policies
• Prepare for annual financial audits and manage month-end and year-end close processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public and startup environments
• Hands-on experience with deferred revenue and SaaS revenue models
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 principles
• Familiarity with modern SaaS technology stack
• Ownership mindset with high standards for accuracy and follow-through
