Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial reporting
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll processing
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years in audit work at a CPA firm
• Experience revamping accounting processes and technology
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Deep knowledge of complex payroll and revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606)
