CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to lead core accounting functions and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the quarterly and annual close process, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Analyze customer contracts for appropriate revenue recognition under ASC 606
• Lead process improvements and support special projects within the accounting organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification and experience in Big 4 or public accounting preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial compliance standards
• Experience in scaling accounting functions in a high-growth tech environment
