Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Management Specialist-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve outstanding patient and insurance credit accounts, ensuring accurate claims filing and posting
• Process refunds or credit reversals in accordance with departmental policies and prepare government monthly credit reports
• Update patient demographics and insurance information, consolidate duplicate accounts, and analyze Accounts Receivables reports for revenue integrity

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 4 years of experience in medical office or billing, collections, or coding
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9/10 codes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Preferred certifications include CPC, CRCA, CMIS, or RHIT
