CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage client accounting relationships and oversee a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Oversee client engagements, including revenue cycle management, expense management, and payroll processing
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and strong QuickBooks Online skills
• Proven experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
