Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee a diverse accounts payable function remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of accounts payable professionals, managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Supervise the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments
• Implement controls to prevent errors and fraud, while managing sales and use tax compliance and automation of processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree required
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounts payable required
• 1-3 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• 1-3 years of experience with automation tools for data integration required
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
