Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll and compliance for employees and contractors across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for employees and monthly contractor payments
  • Manage state tax registrations and ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations
  • Prepare documentation for audits and manage year-end filings
Required Qualifications
  • 5-6+ years of end-to-end payroll experience with U.S. and Canadian payroll
  • Experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees and 300+ contractors
  • Strong understanding of multi-jurisdiction payroll laws
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based payroll and HRIS systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
