Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage accounts receivable transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of out of balance adjustments/refunds within assigned completion dates
• Conduct research and communications while adhering to department standards and quality expectations
• Support inventories and report variances of possible concern

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of experience in insurance, claims, cash posting, billing, or accounts receivable
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Strong Excel skills and prior computer experience needed
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently while meeting production goals
